How PickMeParlay Works

PickMeParlay is a sports analysis and prediction tool. It reviews the matchup, explains where the risk lives, and - where possible - shows you a smarter alternative. Everything runs on simulation points, so you can build the habit of pausing before you commit without any real-money exposure.

    Paste your picks as text, enter them manually, or upload a screenshot from your sportsbook. PickMeParlay parses the legs, odds, and market type without needing a manual copy.

    You get an overall rating, a per-leg risk level, a plain-English one-line verdict, and - for correlated markets - a heads-up on which legs move together. No fake "locks" and no guarantees.

    Review a smarter alternative

    When the analysis finds a tighter version of your card - usually by dropping the weakest leg - PickMeParlay shows you the safer structure alongside the original so you can decide what to do next.

Understand the risk in your parlay before you commit

Parlays multiply your legs, and they multiply your risk. Even two independent 60%-favorites only hit together roughly 36% of the time. PickMeParlay makes that math and the underlying market structure visible before you lock it in.

Overall parlay risk

Every slip gets an educational risk rating - Strong, Fair, Risky, or Avoid - plus a probability estimate. This is an analysis, not a prediction. You still decide whether to commit.

Weak legs called out

The analyzer flags the leg most likely to sink your slip and explains why - for example a high-variance player prop, an inflated line, or an injury note pulled from public data.

Correlation concerns

Two legs that "move together" (same-game props, related team totals) can compress your true edge. PickMeParlay surfaces these correlations so you don't double-count your own thesis.

Frequently asked questions

Does PickMeParlay tell me what to pick?+
No. PickMeParlay is an educational analysis tool. It rates the risk of a pick you're considering, explains the reasoning, and where possible offers a smarter alternative. It never publishes 'locks', guarantees, or fixed picks, and it does not tell you to place any wager.
Is real money involved?+
No. PickMeParlay does not accept, hold, or pay out real money. Simulations, leaderboards, and Power Play parlays all run on simulation points so you can practice pick construction without any real-money exposure.
How does the Projection Analyzer work?+
You paste your picks, type them in, or upload a screenshot. The analyzer parses the legs, estimates the probability of each leg based on the market and public data (including injury feeds where available), and returns an overall rating plus a per-leg breakdown. Correlated legs are flagged so you know when two picks are effectively the same call.
What is a 'Smarter Alternative' and how is it different from my original card?+
When the analyzer identifies a version of your card with a materially better projected hit rate - usually by dropping the weakest or most correlated leg - it surfaces that as the 'Smarter Alternative'. It's a suggestion of a tighter structure, not a prediction of the outcome. You choose whether to use it.
Do you keep my pick history?+
Picks you analyze are saved to your account so you can track them through to settlement and review, after the fact, whether the flagged risks actually mattered. You can turn tracking off per pick, delete a pick, or delete your account entirely from the settings page.
Which sports and markets are supported?+
Major North American leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF, MLS), the top international soccer leagues, UFC/MMA, and common markets like moneyline, spread, totals, and player props. Support expands as odds coverage does.
